Refund policy

In the interest of hygiene we do accept refunds or exchanges of earrings including huggies and clickers, hoops and cartilage piercings. This policy protects the health of the consumer. By purchasing you are accepting the sale is final. Please read the product description carefully and ensure the gauge, length and metal type are correct for your piercing.

Refunds and exchanges of ear cuffs, necklaces are usually processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving the good, although during busy periods this may vary. Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns on any sample sale, sale products.

Please note we will not email you upon receipt of your return. As soon as we have received and taken care of your return, we will email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase.
