Will my order be tracked?
Tracking is not available on standard delivery although we do offer upgraded postal services via Royal Mail or DPD
Do you offer international dellivery?
Yes we offer Royal Mail standard international and tracked shipping upgrades, during peak times we would always advise to purchase upgraded tracked shipping
What happens if I don't receive my parcel?
Please read the processing and shipping times, if your parcel hasn't arrived when expected please contact customercare@twilightlondon.com parcels are not considered as lost until 30 days after shipping.
Can I return earrings?
Unfortunately due to hygiene we are unable to return or refund piercing products unless they are faulty. This policy enabled from the protection of the consumer.
What if I change my mind about my purchase?
In order to initiate a return please contact customercare@twilightlondon.com with your order number. Only non pierced products can be returned. Please include whether you require a refund or exchange, order number, name and post the purchase in the original packaging.
Do you offer gift wrapping and messages?
We provide all of our purchases in biodegradable envelopes and cardboard boxes and can write a personalised note on our Thank You card, simply add any special instructions at payment.
Customs Charges?
The customer is responsible for any customs or duty charges related to their order.
